Please wait outside ballroom if doors are closed
Reception will be from 6:30pm to 9pm

Dress code is semi-formal/church attire

For easiest access to the Academy Building and the Academy Ballroom:
Enter the underground parking garage off 100 East.
Drive the length of one side of the garage, turn right and park near the yellow “Academy Entrance” sign.
Two accessible parking stalls are located near this entrance.
Go through the Academy Entrance, and use the elevator at the end of the hall.
The Academy Ballroom is on the third floor.

Parking is free for Library patrons and attendees of scheduled events in the building. Two above-ground parking lots frame the library on the north and south. A one-level underground parking garage may be entered from the east side of the library, off 100 East.
